35C is a regional business magazine that covers commerce along southern Minnesota’s I-35 corridor. Launched in August 2008, 35C is published every other month and mailed directly to top executives and key decision makers throughout the region. The magazine provides an efficient, targeted marketing vehicle for business to business growth, as well as for those looking to reach busy, high-earning consumers.

Girlfriends is a women’s lifestyle magazine that connects local women with topical features, engaging profiles and portraits of special friendships. Published every other month, the magazine premiered in November 2008. Girlfriends united the women of our region – and localizes the massive female buying market for area businesses.

Life Wellness and Eco-Directory is a regional guide to products and services, featuring businesses and professionals in southern Minnesota focused on healthy choices to nourish the mind, body and spirit. The printed directory debuted in April 2008 and is updated twice yearly in Spring and Fall.

35C Legal Directory & Referral Resource is a comprehensive listing of the region’s legal services, distributed directly to professionals who commonly refer clients – including counselors, Realtors, social service agencies and pastors. The first edition of the annual directory published in August 2009.

Team Mom is a handy, regional reference guide for mothers of children between the ages of birth and 12. Published twice a year in January and July, the booklet includes listings of regional events, advice from local moms, practical tips and money-saving coupons. Team Mom launched in January 2010 and offers merchants and service providers an effective tool for reaching a moving target.
